Return Policy
As a consumer purchasing from zorvexalzar.world, you have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Article 6:230o onwards).
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received the goods.
2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email) before the withdrawal period has expired. You may send your notice to:

3. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility, unless we have agreed otherwise.
4. Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Please return products in their original, unopened packaging wherever possible.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 6:230p(f) BW and Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Accordingly, if you open the sealed packaging of Medorix, you lose the right to return the product on withdrawal grounds. This does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective or non-conforming goods.
6. Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or you supply evidence of having sent the goods back (whichever is earlier).
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If you receive a defective or incorrectly described product, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with Dutch consumer law (Article 7:17 and following BW). Please contact us at write-to-us-@zorvexalzar.world with your order details and a description of the issue.
